We only accept unmounted items, Ship back the bags within 7 days fully insured.
Return the item in the original box and all components intact. (please ensure all the nuts and bolts are counted and enclosed). Ensure for greater safety if you are shipping back with USPS.
Full refund for the purchase price less initial shipping cost is issued once the item is received. We do not charge a restocking fee.
