    3. Polyester Multilayer Tread stitching.
    4. Chrome buckle with quick opening ABS buckle under.
    5. The Measurements are Bottom base is 12″  height is 11″ and the depth of the bag is 5″.
    6. Comes with 3 leather straps for mounting and no additional hardware is needed!
