General Guidelines

Please read the item description entirely before making a purchase. Feel free to ask any questions.

Returns are accepted for most items, except used items, discontinued items, and apparel/shoes.
Timeframes

Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.

Refund Processing: A money-back refund or exchange will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise (unless otherwise arranged).
Item Condition Requirements

Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.

Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached (when applicable).

If the item came in a sealed package from the manufacturer, it must be returned unopened and sealed.
Shipping & Fees

Restocking Fee: None.

Original Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

“Free Shipping” Deduction: If your item shipped for free, the actual shipping costs incurred by Saddleline will be deducted from your total refund balance.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Transit Liability

Any loss or damage during return transit is the shipping company’s responsibility. It is strongly advised to fully insure your return shipment for its total value.
Pricing & Description Errors

If an error in pricing or description occurs, Saddleline reserves the right to:

Cancel the order or offer a substitute item before shipment.

Issue a return label for a refund or exchange (at Saddleline’s discretion) if the item has already shipped.
