Saddleline Return Policy

General Guidelines

  • Please read the item description entirely before making a purchase. Feel free to ask any questions.

  • Returns are accepted for most items, except used items, discontinued items, and apparel/shoes.

Timeframes

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.

  • Refund Processing: A money-back refund or exchange will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise (unless otherwise arranged).

Item Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached (when applicable).

  • If the item came in a sealed package from the manufacturer, it must be returned unopened and sealed.

Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: None.

  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • “Free Shipping” Deduction: If your item shipped for free, the actual shipping costs incurred by Saddleline will be deducted from your total refund balance.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Transit Liability

  • Any loss or damage during return transit is the shipping company’s responsibility. It is strongly advised to fully insure your return shipment for its total value.

Pricing & Description Errors

  • If an error in pricing or description occurs, Saddleline reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the order or offer a substitute item before shipment.

    • Issue a return label for a refund or exchange (at Saddleline’s discretion) if the item has already shipped.

How to Return

  • Important: Please request the official return address before you ship the item back.
