We do accept returns for most of the items we sell except used or discontinued items and apparel /shoes.

Our return policy is clearly stated. A money-back refund or exchange will be issued within three business days of receiving returned merchandise Unless otherwise arranged.

For returnable items, our policy is as follows:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Returned item must be in new unused/uninstalled condition in original packaging with tags attached when applicable.
  • If the item was in a sealed package from the manufacturer, we must receive the item in the same condition, unopened and sealed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase price and the Balance amount will be refunded.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Unless there was an error in the listing,
  • We do not charge restocking fee.
  • Any loss or damage in return transit is shipping company’s responsibility therefore it is strongly advised to send item fully insured to its full value.

While we make every effort and strive for all information and pricing to be correct. If an error in description or pricing occurs, Saddleline.com may cancel an order prior to shipment, offer substitute or another or equivalent item prior to shipment or issue a return label for the item already shipped for a refund or exchange at SADDLEINE’s discretion.
